How to change your thinking

 Changing your mindset is not an easy task. It is very difficult to have an open and positive mindset. your personal growth is what motivates the choices you make for your life.


How to change your thinking-

 Here are some ways to change your thinking:

1) Show up yourself: If you don't like anything just do it as you like it. If you are not good in some work just do it. It increases your confidence and with that growth, your mindset begins to change.


2) Find a support: We all need a support in which we can belive whether it is a person or a thought or anything else. This support will help you to fly high when you feel down.


3) Ask questions: Always ask question 'Why I can not do it?' , 'Why am I so afraid?'. Having these mindful yet straightforward conversation with yourself are simple ways to change your thinking.


4) Take Risk: We all have a comfort zone. You should get out of your comfort zone and take risks. When you take risks, you learn new things and it will change your thinking.


5) Eliminate Excuses and Create Solutions: How often do we use the word 'But?'. Now eleiminate 'but' and just use 'do'. This is simple but powerful technique to change your thinking
